Shipping & Returns

Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours upon confirmation during normal business hours from our fulfillment center in New Jersey.  This excludes any holidays or weekends. You will be contacted by email with a tracking number when your order is shipped.

Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock. If an item on order is no longer available, it will be removed from your order, and you will be notified via email within two business days indicating the sold-out style and refund amount. All other items will be shipped based on standard shipping terms.

*International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original estimated delivery time.

International Shipping

All customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, import fees, or any other costs associated with international orders are, without limitation, the responsibility of the end customer. tanya-b is not responsible for any of these charges.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse a shipment from tanya-b, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any fees that are incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to tanya-b. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

Shipping rates are subject to change based on carriers’ rates.

 

Returns / Exchanges

Returns or exchanges of merchandise are honored in their original condition within 14 days of the original purchase date. Valid only on unworn, unwashed merchandise with their hang tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied with receipt of purchase.

We do not accept returns for other retailers. If you have a return, but it is purchased from a retailer outside of tanya-b.com, please return the items directly to the retailer. Items purchased at a discount are Final Sale. tanya-b reserves the right to determine eligibility for returns and exchanges and may update this policy at any time without notice. Contact us at info@tanya-b.com if you have questions about an order.
