ORDERING AND PAYMENT

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not split payments between credit cards. We will be offering gift cards soon! 

Why should I register as a user on www.tanya-b.com?

If you become a registered user on our site, you may choose to be on our exclusive mailing list and be the first to know about our new collections. Our collections are made up of limited edition pieces. Our colors are not repeated, and they go fast! The other reason to register? Your checkout process will be fast, easy, and convenient.

Can I cancel my order?

We cannot cancel or change your order once it has been placed.

How long do I have to wait to receive my order?

Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours upon confirmation during normal business hours from our fulfillment center in New Jersey, USA. This excludes any U.S.-observed holidays or weekends. You will be contacted by email with a tracking number when your order has shipped.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

How do I return/exchange merchandise?

Returns or exchanges of merchandise are honored in their original condition within 14 days of the delivery date and must meet the following requirements:

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and with the hang tags attached, in its original packaging, accompanied with receipt of purchase
  • You must obtain a Return Authorization number (“RA#”) by contacting us at info@tanya-b.com. In your email, please specify your Order Number (from your Invoice), telephone number, whether it is a return or exchange, and reason for return or exchange.


Shipping is paid by customer. Please send your return using a trackable package carrier for your records. Items purchased at a discount are a final sale.


We do not accept returns for other retailers (if you have a return, but it is purchased from a retailer outside of tanya-b.com, please return the items directly to the retailer).

What are my shipping options?

Tanya-b offers flat rate shipping within the United States. (3-7 business days, 2 business days expedited, and 1 business day overnight for the 48 contiguous States and 2 business days expedited for Hawaii and Alaska). If you live in a rural area, gated community, or if you have a P.O. box, please contact FedEx directly to find out if they deliver to your address.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship our products to e-commerce customers in Canada, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, and Taiwan. We will be expanding our international shipping options soon, so keep checking back! All customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, import fees, or any other costs associated with international orders are, without limitation, the responsibility of the end customer. If an order is placed on www.tanya-b.com and then refused at customs, tanya-b is not responsible for any of these charges. We are unable to provide estimated duties and taxes, as rates may vary by product and by country.

How do I become an Urban Legend (Yoga Ambassador) for tanya-b?


While we are committed to collaborating with, and supporting our current roster of Urban Legends, we would love to hear from you.
1. Please follow us / like us on social media (instagram: tbnewyork and facebook: www.facebook.com/tanyab.yoga)
2. Send us a brief bio, your teaching experience, and a completed urban legends questionnaire to info@tanya-b.com, along with a headshot (original photo preferable). Please write on the subject line of the email “Urban Legend Submission.” We will keep your record on file and follow up with any questions.

How do I listen to music playlists featured on tanya-b?


In order to listen to music playlists on tanya-b.com, you must sign up for a Spotify account and be logged into your account. You will then be able to access our latest tracks and music archives. Please click on the “follow” button above “latest tracks” to follow us on Spotify.

How can I contribute to your website outside of being an Urban Legend?


Music – want your playlists or podcasts on tanya-b.com? Share your favorite tracks, lectures, and interviews with us at info@tanya-b.com. Please write on the subject line of the email “Music Submission.” We will review submissions and post to our site, so please check back to the site regularly!

What We Love – want to be an Urban Blogger? Share with us about how yoga has transformed or inspired you. As an Urban Curator you can enlighten us on how to spend 24 hours in your favorite city (of course, an amazing yogic experience should be part of the mix).
